This policy explains how cancellations, recurring subscriptions, setup fees and refund requests are handled for GoClickPro services.
Please review this policy before purchasing. By purchasing a GoClickPro service or subscription, you agree to the refund and cancellation terms described below, subject to applicable law.
1. One-Time Setup Fees
GoClickPro packages may include a one-time setup fee for work required to prepare, design, configure and build the customer's website and included systems. Setup fees are generally non-refundable once GoClickPro has begun work, including planning, account setup, design, configuration, website building, workflow setup or other implementation work. If a refund is required by applicable law, those legal requirements will apply.
2. Monthly Subscription Fees
GoClickPro packages may include recurring monthly subscription fees. These fees may cover website hosting, maintenance, software access, CRM features, automation tools and other services included in the selected package. Recurring subscription charges will continue until the subscription is canceled.
3. Cancellation Requests
Customers may request cancellation of their recurring GoClickPro subscription by contacting GoClickPro using the contact information listed in this policy. To help us identify the correct account, cancellation requests should include the customer's name, business name and email address associated with the account.
4. When Cancellation Takes Effect
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing, cancellation will stop future recurring subscription charges. Amounts already charged for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, and service may remain available through the applicable paid billing period.
5. No Partial-Month Refunds
GoClickPro generally does not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused portions of a monthly billing period. Customers should submit cancellation requests before their next scheduled billing date if they do not want the next recurring charge to occur.
6. Work Already Performed
Payments covering work that has already been completed or substantially performed are generally non-refundable. This may include work such as:
- Website design and development
- Website revisions
- Account and system configuration
- CRM setup
- Calendar configuration
- Workflow and automation setup
- AI tool configuration
- Domain or technical configuration
- Customer-specific onboarding and implementation work
7. Customer Delays or Failure to Provide Information
Customers are responsible for providing the information, content, approvals and access reasonably necessary for GoClickPro to complete the service. A customer's delay or failure to provide requested information does not automatically create a right to a refund for work already performed, setup work completed or subscription periods already billed.
8. Third-Party Costs
Certain third-party charges or costs may be non-refundable, including charges related to domains, communications, software, payment processing or other external services. Refund eligibility for third-party services may also be subject to the third party's own policies.
9. Service Suspension for Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails or remains unpaid, GoClickPro may suspend website hosting, CRM access, automation features or other active services until payment is resolved. Continued nonpayment may result in service termination.
10. Refund Requests
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or believe a refund is warranted, contact GoClickPro as soon as possible with the details of the charge. Refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances, work already completed, applicable agreements and applicable law.
11. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were accidentally charged more than once or charged an incorrect amount, contact us so we can review the transaction. Confirmed billing errors will be corrected as appropriate.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact GoClickPro before initiating a chargeback so that billing questions or disputes can be reviewed directly. Submitting a chargeback does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Customers should also submit a cancellation request if they wish to stop future recurring billing.
13. Effect of Cancellation on Services
After a subscription ends, services connected to the active subscription may be disabled or discontinued. Depending on the package and circumstances, this may include:
- Website hosting
- Website maintenance
- CRM access
- Lead pipelines
- Booking calendars
- Automation workflows
- AI features
- Email or SMS-related features
- Other subscription-based functionality
14. Domains and Customer-Owned Assets
Customer-owned domains, original logos, photographs and other customer-provided materials remain subject to the ownership terms described in the GoClickPro Terms of Service. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own domain registration unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
15. Changes to This Policy
GoClickPro may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
